About Pucks4Paws

Pucks4Paws started when my mom and I were constantly overwhelmed by the amount of leftover hockey jerseys we had. After both my brother and I had played hockey for a combined 18 years, you can only imagine how many extra jerseys we had lying around. One day, we thought that there would be a way to turn those jerseys into something useful. Then came Pucks4Paws.

We then brainstormed how to turn our idea into a reality, which involved buying a sewing machine, stuffing, and supplies. We also connected with the Animal Rescue League in Boston and began dropping off beds as soon as we began making them.

Our mission is to help as many dogs and cats as possible. From our own experience of having three rescued dogs, we know all about their past trauma and struggles from having to stay at a shelter. With Pucks4Paws, we hope to make both cats' and dogs' stay at a shelter more comfy.
